Trying to figure out where to spend the 4th of July? Well, you are not alone! There is so much going on from fireworks and concerts to four day long celebrations! Here is a guide to many of the 4th of July Celebrations going on all over Arizona from Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Sedona, Prescott, Williams, Grand Canyon and everywhere in between!  Fireworks, concerts and more!
 

SCOTTSDALE, PHOENIX, CAVE CREEK, TEMPE, MESA, CHANDLER, SURPRISE, FORT MCDOWELL, LITCHFIELD PARK, PEORIA  - 4th of JULY CELEBRATIONS GUIDE

July 2 – 3 Arizona's Celebration of Freedom (MESA) The event begins Friday night with the popular Motorcycles on Main event and a ceremonial flag-raising at Stage America. Stroll through the shops while enjoying live music all along Main Street. Saturday night includes an American classic car show, musical performances, plus a spectacular fireworks display. Downtown Mesa, 6 pm – 10 pm, free, 480-644-2069.

Harold's Corral - Cave Creek Cowboy BarJuly 3 “3rd of July” Fireworks Display (CAVE CREEK) Harold’s Corral is throwing a large party with live entertainment starting at 5 pm with an outside BBQ. EastonAshe will energize the crowd outside from 7 pm to 11:30 pm. Country-western band Young Country will perform inside from 8:30 pm to closing. The festive evening will also feature drink specials, prizes, face painting, and the Games2U Mobile Video Theater, a self-powered truck featuring all the top games for systems XBox 360, Playstation 3, and Wii. July 3 FREE Concert & Fireworks (FORT MCDOWELL) Comic, singer and impressionist Finis Henderson, also known as the “Master of Voices,” will be performing at 7pm. The Ohio Players will be stealing the spotlight at 8pm with their hit songs such as Love Rollercoaster. Free Fireworks after the show. Fort McDowell Casino, doors open at 4pm, free, 1-800-THE-FORT.

July 3 Independence Day Celebration (LITCHFIELD PARK) Join us at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center for the annual "Splash Bash" from 10 – 5pm. A fireworks show will be held at 9pm at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa, 623-935-9040.

July 4 FREE Concert (SCOTTSDALE) Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy Furious George performing current rock tunes with classics. Train and carousel rides are available throughout all concerts. Train rides are $2 and carousel rides are $1 and children under the age of three ride free with a paying adult on either ride. Food will also be available for purchase. Visit Cave Creek Arizona 4th of JulyJuly 4 4th of July Fireworks (CAVE CREEK) Celebrate Independence Day at Frontier Town. Outdoor BBQ starts at 5 pm and live music at 7:30 pm. Fireworks start around 9 pm when it’s good and dark! For more info call 480-488-3317.

July 4 Fabulous Phoenix Fourth (PHOENIX) This premier family event will feature great local entertainment, food and beverage vendors, a giant misting area to cool off, inflatable rides, a Classic Car exhibit and one of the biggest fireworks displays in the state! Steele Indian School Park, 6 – 10 pm, 602-262-6862.

July 4 4th of July All American Festival (PEORIA) We’ll have 4 entertainment zones, (1 country, 1 rock and roll, 1 kids zone and 1 fiesta zone) an F-16 Fly-over, a food zone, a Kids Zone and a Water Zone, where you’re guaranteed to have tons of fun!! Peoria Sports Complex, gates open at 5 pm, parking is free. Admission is $5 for those 13 and older, 12 and under are free, 623-773-7198.

July 4 4th of July Fireworks (CASA GRANDE) Celebrate the holiday with a Red, White and Blue parade at 7:00 pm, followed by fireworks at 9:00 pm. Bring your blanket or a lawn chair, Paul Mason Park - 2525 N Pinal Ave, 520-421-8677.

July 4 Tempe Town Lake Festival (TEMPE) Kiwanis Club of Tempe 58th Annual Fireworks Spectacular will present the best fireworks show in the Valley shot from Mill Avenue bridge. Enjoy concert event stage, live music, inflatable Kid's Ride village, vendors, water fun and games for the entire family. Tempe Beach Park, Tickets $8 at gate or $15 for two, children 12 and under free, 4 – 11 pm, 480-350-5189.

July 4 28th Annual 4th of July Celebration (SURPRISE) Come join us for America's favorite pastime, Baseball! Fireworks will follow the Rookie League Baseball Game at approximately 8:30 pm. Free with a canned food donation, 623.222.2000.

July 4 4th of July Fireworks (CHANDLER) Celebrate America and our heritage with live music, a free kids carnival, and food and beverage vendors. Activities include a 35-foot water slide, a rock-climbing wall, a dunk tank, and assorted water games and interactive amusements for kids. The Arizona Veteran Rodders Club will have more than 100 classic cars on display. Tumbleweed Park, 4 pm, parking $5, 480.236.9123.

July 4 Light up the Sky (PHOENIX) Enjoy music, rides, games, arts, crafts and fireworks. Maryvale Baseball Park, 7 – 10 pm, free, 602-262-6575.

 

SEDONA, PRESCOTT, PAYSON  - 4th of JULY CELEBRATIONS GUIDE

July 2 - 4 4th of July Weekend Celebration (PAYSON) The event will feature great food vendors, bouncy houses, games, prizes, music, plus beautiful scenery! The Fireworks show and games are all FREE to the public. Come out and enjoy the fireworks at Green Valley Park at 9 pm. Call 928-474-5240 x7 for more information.

July 3 Tlaquepaque's Sizzlin' Summer Bash (SEDONA) Pie-eating contests with terrific prizes for kids of all ages and adults, foot-tapping Dixieland, hot jazz and blues, potato sack races, face painting, and star-spangled crafts for kids, scrumptious BBQ, and even a gleaming red local fire truck? TUCSON, TUBAC, SIERRA VISTA, BISBEE, TOMBSTONE - 4th of JULY CELEBRATIONS GUIDE

July 3 Old-fashioned Independence Day (TUBAC) celebrate Independence Day with free, old-time games for kids at Tubac Presidio State Historical Park, shopping and dining in Tubac Village, and fireworks at Tubac Golf Resort. The games are from 10 am - noon, fireworks show at 8:45 pm. Parking for fireworks display $7. Call 520-398-2704 for more information and ask about special resort event/room package prices.

July 3 July 4th Celebration (BENSON) Benson marks its 130th year with a then-and-now slide show, annual parade, a water fight between volunteer fire departments, a family dance, and a fireworks show at Lions Park. Parade 9 am, Water fight 10:30 am, Fireworks 8:30 pm, free, 520-586-4293.

July 3 – 4 July 4th Celebration (SIERRA VISTA) Sierra Vista hosts a youth talent show and street dance, Pets and People Parade, entertainment, food, and fireworks over the weekend, free, 520-266-2304.

July 4 Indie-pendence Day Extravaganza (TUCSON) The Hotel Congress celebrates our independence with an indoor/outdoor indie music festival featuring 10 national and local acts for ages 21+. Doors open at 6pm, $10, 520-622-8848.

July 4 July 4th Celebration (BISBEE) Bisbee presents its famous Bisbee Coaster Races, an Iron Man Mile, a parade, miner's contests, a Bisbee Copper Kings baseball game at Warren Ballpark with fireworks, free, 520-432-6016.

July 4 July 4th Celebration (TOMBSTONE) Tombstone hosts a family-style July 4th celebration with a softball tournament, food booths, street entertainments, and fireworks at Medigovich Field, Allen Street. The fun starts at 8:30 am, free, 520-457-3994.

July 4 Tucson Toros Baseball (TUCSON) The Tucson Toros take on the Yuma Scorpions in an Independence Day Minor League Baseball duel at Tucson's historic Hi Corbett Field, followed by a fireworks display. Admission $10, $8, $6, game starts at 7 pm, 520-325-1010.

July 4 Let Freedom Sing Concert (TUCSON) Arts Express celebrates America's birthday with a concert of patriotic songs staged at Sahuaro High School's Egbert Auditorium, 3 pm, free, 520-319-0400.

 

WILLIAMS, FLAGSTAFF, GRAND CANYON - 4th of JULY CELEBRATIONS GUIDE

Visit Williams Arizona - 4th of JulyJuly 1 – 4 Home Town 4th of July (WILLIAMS) The "Old time 4th of July" events spill out into the community and includes a state sanctioned and local BBQ contest, a traditional ice cream social at the Methodist Church, Kiwanis corn roast, watermelon eating contest and many more family activities. The 4th of July celebration continues with one of the biggest parades in Northern Arizona on the 4th starting at 6 pm right down historic Route 66! Call 888-635-1418 for a full schedule of events.

July 3 14th Annual 4th of July Parade (FLAGSTAFF) Over the years the parade has grown to be a local holiday tradition. 100’s of patriotic citizens parading through historic downtown Flagstaff for 1000’s of visitors. Historic downtown Flagstaff, 9 am, 928-774-4505.

July 3 Special Performance, Mogollon Unplugged (GRAND CANYON/TUSAYAN) As part of our Old Fashioned 4th of July event, the Grand Canyon Visitor's Bureau is proud to present members of Arizona's Favorite Band, Mogollon. This fantastic evening of live music will feature acoustic sets in a fund raiser for the Tusayan School. Tickets for the 6:00pm show are only $30.00 each and for the 8:30 show, only $40.00. July 4 GREAT 4th of July Event (GRAND CANYON/TUSAYAN) It's an Old Fashioned 4th of July with fun and games for the whole family! There is a great live and silent auction, a huge BBQ with deep pit pork roast, one of the nation's ONLY Electric Light 4th of July Night Parade and after that, enjoy the music and dance with Arizona's favorite Band, Mogollon!
