What can you experience at Bearizona? It starts by driving under the famous arch!

Visitors often ask, “What can you experience at Bearizona?” Bearizona invites guests to drive into the Arizona wilderness and witness herd and pack life from the comfort and safety of their own private vehicle. The park also features an extensive walk through area where patrons will see even more animals on exhibit and get to watch one of the amazing birds of prey shows or “keeper chats” that take place daily. New for 2017 guests won’t want to miss stopping by the newly opened jaguar exhibit and restaurant, Canyonlands at Bearizona which are attractions in themselves.

Spin It Experience at Bearizona

Drive through three miles to see North American animals ranging from rugged rocky mountain goats and stealthy wolves to comical black bears and majestic bison. Guests can also hop on the park’s complimentary, open-air Wild Ride Bus Tour. Park guides educate passengers about Bearizona and share some fun facts about the animals that call Bearizona home.

Stroll It Experience at Bearizona

Walk through Fort Bearizona’s winding paths to enjoy the antics of more animals on exhibit. Visitors will also find several food options from concessions with quick, simple meals and tasty treats to the newly opened sit-down restaurant. This themed restaurant features soaring canyon walls and ancient ruins that allow diners to immerse themselves in the true spirit of the Southwest. There is also the Bears Den Gift Shop which offers unique gifts and souvenirs.

Soar It Experience at Bearizona

Fort Bearizona is also the location of several amazing animal shows. The most popular is the Birds of Prey free-flight show which occurs daily at 11:00 a.m.,1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m., (March-December). Animal Encounters also take place throughout the day in Fort Bearizona. These programs allow visitors a behind-the-scenes glimpse into how Bearizona’s keepers care for animals and educate visitors in the process.
